Villa Gemma

Villa Gemma is a charming residence nestled in the Syracuse countryside at the foot of the Hyblaean mountains. This elegant residence guarantees a quiet, private holiday whilst being only a short distance from the beaches on the south-east coast and the important Sicilian Baroque towns of Syracuse and Noto.

Outside, the villa boasts a large Mediterranean garden dotted with palm, orange and lemon trees, and furnished verandas; the wonderful swimming pool, with its crystal-clear waters and comfortable armchairs, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serenity.

Villa Gemma can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people over two floors. The raised ground floor consists almost entirely of a bright, spacious living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is furnished and decorated in a particularly unique and well-thought-out style, with a blend of traditional Sicilian style and modern, functional touches, and all the rooms have been carefully finished to guarantee an unforgettable stay.

Recently, a studio/annexe with an external entrance was opened, with a French bed and a bathroom, accommodating two people.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
