US guests should check the deposit, balance deadline, cancellation schedule, security deposit and property-specific terms before booking. The current general conditions require a 30% booking deposit. A provisional booking is held for three days. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation fees currently range from 10% to 100%, depending on notice. Individual villa terms may differ and take priority over the general terms. Prices are displayed in euros. Your bank or card provider determines the final dollar conversion.

Featured Sicily vacation rentals typically range from around €2,000 to €10,000 per week, depending on the size of the property, season and travel dates.
As a general guide, smaller villas and holiday homes may cost around €2,000–€4,000 per week in the low and shoulder seasons, rising to approximately €4,000–€7,000 in high season. Larger villas for 10–12 guests generally start around €5,000–€6,000 per week outside peak season and can reach €7,000–€10,000 per week in July and August.

All six featured Sicily vacation rentals include a private pool, but the pool type and setting differ. Some are designed for sea views, while others sit in countryside or vineyard settings.
Sea Essence includes a heated pool. Cottage Aquamarine has a bio-pool. Villa Donna Grazia features an infinity saltwater pool. Other properties offer classic private pools with different dimensions and surroundings.
