Villa dei Coralli is one of our many rentals with swimming pool on the west coast of Sicily: the property is only 1,5 km from the sandy beach and is perfect for two couples or a family.
The villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood by the sea, but will also give you total privacy thanks to its garden entirely fenced and adorned with vines. The surroundings are lively, there are various resorts on the seafront, restaurants and bars: an ideal setting for holidays.
The exterior space of the property consists of a large garden, where you will find the elegant pool and three beautiful covered porches: one opposite the entrance, one on the edge of the pool and the third near the barbecue area, an ideal place to organize your family meals or a barbecue with friends.
The modern and fresh style of the property corresponds to the interior decoration: the house has been recently renovated and the furniture has been selected to provide the best comfort to customers while ensuring a service of good standing. The house has a nice living room where you will find a sofa bed (which can accommodate 2 people), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
Weekly price includes:

- Fast cleaning and linen change every 7 days - for bookings longer than 14 days

Safety deposit: € 500
All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
