About property
Villa Sea Breeze: one of the very few villas with a private swimming pool in San Vito lo Capo. It is situated just 5 minutes’ walk from the wonderful fine sandy beach and turquoise sea (one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy), and enjoys a splendid view of the blue marine horizon.
The villa was renovated in the summer of 2016, with particular attention to the interior, which is light and airy with a stylish, minimalist taste. The villa boasts large outdoor spaces that provide continuity from the indoors to create perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, the Mediterranean plant life and the white mountain overlooking the blue sea.
Crossing the lush Mediterranean garden of pines, palms, olive trees and native plants, you’ll find the large terraces, perfect for some peaceful relaxation, the swimming pool area and, finally, the villa with its airy veranda.
The different terraces boast wonderful sea views and are finely furnished: sitting rooms, a dining area and a solarium, with various shaded areas where you can enjoy the warm sun and the cool sea breeze. The covered terrace (pergola) with its outdoor kitchen and large dining table is the perfect setting for ‘dining al fresco’, taking a relaxing siesta or enjoying an aperitif in the beautiful sitting room next door.
Down from the terrace is the access to the pool area, with its elegant sun loungers, breakfast table, an inviting hammock and a refreshing outdoor shower. Behind the pool area is a small playground for children and a football pitch, not just a dream for younger guests but also for parents who will be able to enjoy even greater relaxation.
The terrace leads to the beautiful living room with kitchen and dining area. Then there are two beautiful double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. A staircase leads to the lower floor which contains four spacious double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and TV. From this floor, there is direct access to the swimming pool and the barbecue area. An external staircase leads to a marvellous exclusive suite, with a double bed, private bathroom and a small kitchenette. The suite also has a private terrace where you’ll enjoy the gorgeous marine colours and sparkle of the waves. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. On the lower floor you will also find 1 twin bedroom (convertible into a double) and high window.
You can reach the beach of San Vito Lo Capo in 1 minute by car or 5 minutes on foot from the villa. The town of San Vito Lo Capo is famous for its Cous Cous Fest, an international food festival, a symbol of peace among the people and an opportunity to celebrate the excellent cuisine of Sicily and San Vito. Excellent restaurants, outdoor bars, beaches with facilities, shops with Sicilian delicacies and artisan foods, the splendid Zingaro and Monte Cofano Nature Reserve and all just a few minutes away… and there’s still plenty left to discover.
