Casa Mondello is perfect for those of you who do not give up any comforts, especially when on holiday! This seafront house is located in Sicily, precisely in the most renowned beach area of the Sicilian capital Mondello; the property is right on the coast, and only a handful of metres from the sea, from the golden beach. Waking up with the sound of the sea and going for a swim whenever you want: this is what renting Casa Mondello means. The house is divided into two floors, ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there is a garden – shared with the other guests of the property – with an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after returning from the sea. On the ground floor is the first room with a French bed.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the other bedrooms are located, all elegantly furnished in keeping with the noble spirit of the structure.

There is also a large dining room with table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads up to the terrace, with a panoramic view of the sea, the beach and the breathtaking sunset.
In the living room you will find a French window, right next to the fireplace, which will take you outside onto one of the villa’s terraces: from here you will have a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea.
And when you want to put your feet right in the sand, just cross a street and you can get to the sandy beach! Mondello is certainly one of the favourite destinations during the summer months for the people of Palermo: golden beaches and crystal clear sea.

Staying at Casa Mondello, you can spend days by the sea, evenings with splendid open-air dinners by the sea in some typical local restaurant and, when you feel like it, take the car back for a visit to the capital, Palermo, a Unesco heritage site: you can’t miss a visit to the city’s monuments, its typical, multi-ethnic neighbourhoods and its colourful local markets

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
