We spent our stay in Casale Castelluzzo and had a great experience. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the property was spotless and carefully maintained throughout our stay.

We had the chance to enjoy an extraordinary week in the south-western area of Sicily thanks to The Scent of Sicily. For our group of four couples, we rented an authentic 17th-century treasure — Villa Tower — located between Castelvetrano and Selinunte.

The villa is surrounded by an expansive garden filled with olive and orange trees and also features a beautiful private swimming pool. Every morning we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and refreshing swims in crystal-clear water.

It is the ideal place for groups of 8 to 10 people, offering every comfort while preserving the authentic charm and atmosphere of Sicily. Staying there truly felt like stepping into scenes from “The Godfather” or “Il Gattopardo.”

The team at The Scent of Sicily was exceptionally professional, attentive, and discreet throughout our stay, taking care of every detail and always responding promptly to our requests and needs.

We will definitely return to Sicily, and when we do, it will certainly be again with The Scent of Sicily!

We truly enjoyed our stay — it was calm, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. Casale dell'Ulivo is conveniently located near the town, activities, and supermarkets; while not within walking distance, having a car allowed us to easily visit the stunning beaches, explore Noto, and try several excellent local restaurants.
Coming back to unwind by the pool after our morning outings was a real pleasure. Gabriella was an exceptional host: always quick to reply and very helpful with information about both the house and nearby places to visit.

Villa Orlaya is a hidden treasure located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the parking area and beautifully designed garden, the surprise is immediate. Even though we arrived late, the warm lighting created a magical first impression. The hosts gave us a personalized welcome and had already arranged groceries according to our request. During the tour of the property, every feature was carefully explained, and the services exceeded what was described in the listing. The villa is full of thoughtful details, from the architecture and spacious living room to the floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple terraces. It takes time to fully appreciate everything available. The bedrooms offer exceptional comfort with top-quality bedding that guarantees complete rest and relaxation. Very quickly, the villa feels like a peaceful home away from home. The large kitchen, elegant garden, and sea views create a truly unique atmosphere. With relaxing music in the background, it became difficult to imagine leaving. We would gladly come back.

Each room had plenty of towels, the beds were extremely comfortable, and a crib plus high chair were kindly provided for us. It’s truly a wonderful property with more than enough space for a large family or group.

Villa Ladybird ex Kalon, was perfect for our group, ranging from 16 to 87 years old. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and the villa suited everyone comfortably. We especially loved the stunning sunset views and its location for exploring West Sicily.

Ho appena soggiornato in questa villa con la mia famiglia , una struttura nuova con tutte le comodità , ogni locale è stato ben pensato, dal soggiorno la cucina alle camere i bagni e l’esterno è veramente bello , la piscina e la zona barbecue e pranzo sono davvero splendide . Ideale per 6 persone dove ognuna trova il suo spazio. I proprietari davvero molto cordiali e disponibili, ci hanno dato ogni informazione possibile per rendere migliore la nostra vacanza e ci hanno anche viziato portandoci la colazione a casa più volte , davvero splendide persone . Villa Ladybird ex Kalon offered a truly enjoyable stay with plenty of space for 6–8 people. We loved the peaceful location, the amazing sea view with sunsets, and the saltwater pool. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus, and the outdoor kitchen made meals a pleasure. The villa is just 10 minutes from Marsala and the hosts were incredibly kind. While a few details could be improved indoors, the overall experience was fantastic.

If yu stay in villa Luminis you enjoy the nature and the countryside but at the same time are few Km away from the city of Noto. The interior of the villa are amazing, brand new, modern and luxury.

Hello Thank you for arranging our stay in Sicily with Villa Classy. We had an absolutely lovely stay. <t was a perfect house to accommodate our party of 6 giving everyone enough space to spread out. It was like our own boutique hotel. The house and host were almost perfect in every way. The only suggestion we have is that there was poor lighting in the downstair kitchen area over the sink and also poor lighting in second floor bathroom. The water heater was turned a bit low for a really warm shower but it may have been due to multiple people using the different showers at the same time. These are all very minor suggestions for improvement. Such small things and otherwise we were so very pleased. Our host was prompt to respond to any request. We definitely will turn to Scent of Sicily should we plan another holiday there. AnnMarie Haldeman

This villa is truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its beauty, thoughtful design, and peaceful surroundings. The pool is spectacular, and the spacious main deck in front of the kitchen became our favorite spot — perfect for everything from relaxing with a book to enjoying dinner outdoors.

The property is full of smart and considerate details: covered parking, well-trimmed trees that preserve the view, and a serene pond that adds to the overall charm. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-notch appliances, including a large fridge and an extra freezer. While everything was nearly perfect, we only missed a kettle for tea and a kitchen scale for baking — a small detail in an otherwise flawless stay.

The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to help. We also loved exploring nearby towns like Noto, Ragusa, and Modica — each one a gem.

This is an ideal home for families with older children or groups of couples seeking a bit of privacy. The main house features a bedroom with a private bathroom, while two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located separately, each with its own entrance — and all rooms are equally comfortable and beautifully designed.

Wir waren für 7 Tage mit 16 Personen an der Westküste Siziliens. Es war nicht einfach, eine geeignete Villa für so viele Personen zu finden, aber nach langer Suche haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden – und es war die richtige Wahl!
Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig und ideal für große Gruppen geeignet. Fast jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, es gibt zwei Küchen, zwei gemütliche Aufenthaltsräume und einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Pool.
Der Besitzer war bei der Ankunft vor Ort, hat uns alles genau erklärt und uns sogar zum Frühstück leckere italienische Köstlichkeiten gebracht – wirklich sehr freundlich!
Die Kaution haben wir zu Beginn hinterlegt und am Ende vollständig zurückerhalten – selbst vier kaputte Gläser waren kein Problem.
Die Villa liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung – perfekt für Privatsphäre und Feiern, aber für Ausflüge muss man etwas Fahrzeit einplanen.
Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We were warmly welcomed by the kind and easygoing hosts, who immediately made us feel at home. The house itself is stunning — built with natural materials and blending beautifully into the landscape, it feels like a true escape into nature.

The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, far better than most holiday homes we've stayed in — nothing was missing! In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the charming village of Sampieri, where you'll find a small supermarket, excellent Italian coffee, fresh pastries, and a lovely beach club that also serves delicious meals throughout the day.

We especially appreciated the chemical-free natural pool — refreshing and in harmony with the environment. The villa also features a wellness area with a massage room and access to a skilled therapist on request.
