Many thanks to Enrico for his warm welcome and excellent advice. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very happy throughout.

We loved our stay right by the sea, surrounded by the soothing sound of the waves. The location is perfect—close to a small town yet private. The house is beautifully restored and decorated in traditional Sicilian style, fully equipped with everything we needed. Enrico gave us a warm welcome with delicious arancini and wine, and was always available while respecting our privacy. A truly exceptional experience!

Wir haben uns in Enricos Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Er hat uns herzlich mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung strahlt einen besonderen Charme aus. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Taormina, Catania und Syrakus sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar – absolut lohnenswert!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans une villa magnifique, décorée avec goût dans le style sicilien, parfaitement équipée et très propre. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle, et l’emplacement les pieds dans l’eau est un vrai luxe. Enrico, notre hôte, a été d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité, nous accueillant avec des spécialités locales et nous aidant dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci à lui pour cette belle expérience !

A due passi dalla spiaggia, in una zona tranquilla, la casa è pulita, ben attrezzata e perfetta per una coppia. Ideale per chi cerca relax e il suono del mare.

Our stay at Villa Sea Terrace was unforgettable—stunning views, top comforts, and total peace. The owner was welcoming, and Scent of Sicily’s support was flawless. Perfect for a romantic escape!

Lovely apartment for a stay in the Catania area. Spacious and tastefully decorated, with a stylish touch. The garden and patio seating are charming, and there's morning sunshine even in December. The host was very friendly and kind. Parking is available on-site with a secure gate. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Soggiorno indimenticabile nella Blue Sea Cottage. Una villa lussuosa e suggestiva, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Dotata di ogni servizio e comfort, jacuzzi sotto le stelle, elegantemente arredata. Un’esperienza da ripetere.

Sea Terrace is a lovely, well-equipped villa with everything you might need. Enrico, the owner who lives above, was very helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily return if we're in the area again.

¡El apartamento es fantástico! Las vistas, la paz, la piscina con jacuzzi y las flores alrededor de la casa crean un entorno espectacular.
El interior está bien equipado con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones cómodas, incluyendo cuna y trona.
El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. A solo 10 minutos del centro de Noto, ¡una auténtica maravilla!

The villa is a wonderful, peaceful retreat. Surrounded by fragrant plants and full privacy, it feels like a hidden oasis. The outdoor whirlpool was fantastic—just allow plenty of time to fill it, especially with hot water, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The location is ideal for exploring Noto, Marzamemi, and Syracuse. We traveled with our 6-month-old baby, and the setup was perfect: he could play in the shaded patio while we enjoyed the sun, and we could relax by the pool in the evening once he was asleep. The bedrooms stay dark and cool thanks to the blinds, and the kitchen is well equipped, with supermarkets nearby.

Communication with Ivan was easy, and he was very helpful—he even guided us to the correct garbage bins!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt – und der Pool lädt jederzeit zum Entspannen ein. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und schnell, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an bestens betreut. Auch bei kleinen Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar und hat schnell geholfen.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, mit vielen kleinen Orten, die man erkunden kann, und tollen Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer Ruhe, Sonne und sizilianische Herzlichkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes und bestens ausgestattetes Haus! Die Lage ist ideal, und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert.

Erg mooi en groot en zeer smaakvol ingericht appartement met mooie, grote tuin met verschillende zitjes en geweldig uitzicht. Appartement is goed verzorgd en goed geoutilleerd. De eigenaar is buitengewoon aardig en behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons uitstekende tips over uitjes in de omgeving. De ontvangst was boven verwachting qua hartelijkheid en gastvrijheid.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und bietet einen traumhaften Blick bis zum Meer. Wir haben die Tage dort voll ausgekostet, besonders der Whirlpool am Abend war ein echtes Highlight zum Entspannen. Noto und Modica sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und immer einen Besuch wert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, und Ivan und Giovanni haben sich stets hervorragend um alles gekümmert. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Villetta davvero bella e raffinata con tutti i comfort necessari. Arredata con cura e dotata di tutto il necessario per giornate di completo relax. Immersa nella splendida natura di Menfi, a pochi metri da un mare meraviglioso. Un’esperienza splendida che consiglio a tutti.

Sea Terrace ci ha regalato un soggiorno indimenticabile. La casa è curata in ogni dettaglio, dentro e fuori, perfetta per rilassarsi o partire alla scoperta delle bellezze della zona. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Enrico hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un luogo dove tornare.

Villa Simo è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è curata e confortevole, perfetta per visitare la zona. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo in piscina, mentre noi abbiamo apprezzato l’accoglienza calorosa di Simona, Francesco e Alessandra. Un’esperienza che ci piacerebbe ripetere presto.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Booking was simple with clear info, and the villa was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The pool and garden were beautifully maintained, and the quiet area with a nearby supermarket made everything easy.  

Sea Terrace is a fantastic place with breathtaking views and an ideal location. The host was exceptional, making our stay smooth and enjoyable—we couldn’t have asked for more.

Abbiamo affittato una villa con Scent of Sicily e mai ci saremmo aspettati che sarebbe diventata il vero punto forte della nostra vacanza.   Consiglierò sicuramente Scent of Sicily a tutti i miei amici e conoscenti che vogliono viaggiare in Sicilia!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento Sea Port nella splendida Ortigia, a Siracusa, ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa grazie a Scent of Sicily! Il team è stato estremamente professionale e il servizio impeccabile. L’appartamento offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare ed è situato nel cuore del centro storico, perfetto per vivere la città a piedi. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno romantico e autentico in Sicilia.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette maison pleine de charme. Située à quelques pas de la mer, elle offre un cadre paisible et une vue superbe. La villa est très bien équipée, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans stress (linge de maison, ustensiles de cuisine, équipements pour enfants...).

La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands, et les espaces extérieurs sont parfaits pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Simona, notre hôte, pour sa disponibilité, ses conseils précieux et sa gentillesse. Elle a vraiment facilité notre séjour du début à la fin, notamment en nous aidant pour les transferts et les bonnes adresses locales.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore !

Sea Terrace is a beautiful, well-kept home with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina. Enrico, the owner, was welcoming and took time to show us around, offering great tips on local shops and excellent restaurant suggestions. A truly pleasant stay.
