Villa Amanda has been lovingly restored by its owners to offer spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation on two levels.
Built on a hillside, this villa has breathtaking views over the green olive trees that front the property and the blue expanse of the sea.
Outside there is a lovely 10m X 5m swimming pool and jacuzzi, a furnished veranda and greenery all around the villa.
The veranda leads to the ground floor of villa Amanda, where there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, the kitchen/living room with incredible views and 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.

Safety deposit: € 500
All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

Cancellation by the Customer
Any request for a cancellation by the customer has to be notified to SoS in writing and via e-mail. The cancellation request must be notified to SoS during business hours. If the request is sent after the closing time it shall be deemed to have been received on the next working day. The cancellation will lead to the following penalties that will be expressed as a percentage of the amount on the booking:

COVID-19 POLICY Just in case of Italian borders closure or national lock down it will be possible to cancel for free your reservation and get the refund. For all the other cases will be applied the standard cancellation policy. We highly suggest you to buy in your country of origin a cancellation policy to cover your reservation.
