As you approach the villa, the striking Monte Cofano rises on your left, with a former stone quarry tucked behind the house — a hint at the secluded charm ahead. The dirt track leading to the property reveals just how peaceful and remote this location truly is. Only a 7-minute walk from the beach, yet it feels like a tranquil escape far from the world. Walking and horseback riding trails start right from the house, extending toward the mountain.
The villa itself is fantastic. The three double bedrooms are set underground, providing a naturally cool and comfortable temperature — a real blessing when it’s 35°C upstairs. The upper level features a spacious kitchen and lounge area, with two shaded outdoor seating spots ideal for relaxing. The pool is a great size and offers sweeping views over the bay.
We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Simona, the owner, was incredibly helpful and welcoming—even with our late-night arrival.
