Lilla is a stylish, contemporary villa with private pool, located in a wonderful rural setting in western Sicily. Just a few kilometres from the charming fishing port of Scopello, the villa is the perfect choice for a lovely holiday with a group of friends or multiple families.

Perched on the gentle slopes of the hills that lead down to the sea and the bay of Castellammare, Villa Lilla boasts enchanting views in all directions. Gaze beyond the delightful palm tree-studded garden to a landscape of traditional Mediterranean countryside and ordered lines of olive groves, across a blaze of intense Sicilian colours ranging from the red of the earth and shades of green to the dazzling blue of the sky and the never-ending sea.

The extensive outdoor space surrounds a superb pool and sunbathing terraces and is enhanced further by a well-furnished patio. This is a lovely spot to linger over memorable al fresco dinners in a peaceful setting under the beautiful stars, with the mesmerising hum of the cicadas in the background.

Boasting bright spaces and stylishly fitted out with comfortable, modern furnishings and touches of vintage and ethnic décor, the villa has 3 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people. The highlight of the ground floor open-plan living room is the large French windows which, as well as throwing in masses of light, create a seamlessly blend the boundaries between the inside and outside. The same open-plan space features a well-equipped, practical kitchen island and an elegant dining table. This floor also has a stylish double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom (with small double bed) and second bathroom with shower. The basement, which can be accessed from inside the villa or from the outside, has a mini suite with a double bed, a small relaxation area and a private bathroom. The external access ensures that guests staying here have plenty of privacy. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms – a double with a superb, furnished sea view terrace and a single, which share a bathroom with shower.

Villa Lilla is environmentally friendly: solar panels supply most of the villa’s energy requirements and a solar heating system ensures the villa has plenty of hot water.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
