The villa is set on a single floor. An airy open-plan space is made up of an elegant living room and an open-plan kitchen. From the living room, huge French windows lead directly onto a vast furnished terrace with fantastic panoramic views. With 6 en-suite bedrooms (4 doubles, a twin and a family room), the villa can accommodate up to 14 people. In fact, with a private bathroom for every bedroom and plenty of living space, the villa guarantees privacy for everyone within a large group, whether made up of friends or several families.

The superb pool is set slightly below the villa on a terrace overlooking the sea, adjacent to a sunbathing terrace and lawn. Close by, a communal tennis court is available for use by all residents.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
