Villa Fontane Bianche

A beautiful and characteristic villa, just a few metres from the magnificent beach at Fontane Bianche, one of the most beautiful in Eastern Sicily. Sandy straights, a crystal sea, the hot climate; all are essential components for a wonderful holiday staying in a villa offering comfort and relaxation.

The villa combines the traits of a classic Sicilian property with modern and functional elements. A pretty garden with beautiful Mediterranean plants sets the scene and leads you to the stylish and enchanting swimming pool, with its beautiful glass partitions; amazing by day, but magical by night with the subtleness of the lights on the transparent partitions.

The outdoor areas include a well-furnished veranda with Jacuzzi, with a dining area and outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, and seated corners with other furnishings. It’s the ideal space to spend hours relaxing with enjoyable company. Immersed in an atmosphere made yet more wonderful by the evening glimmer of the pool, each dinner will be unforgettable.

The villa is spread over multiple floors with bright, comfortable, and finely decorated spaces. On the ground floor is the large living room, the fully-fitted kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (including one quadruple), all with air conditioning, and three bathrooms with showers. On the first floor, there are another 3 double bedrooms (with A/C) and two bathrooms with showers. Finally, on the top floor is a quadruple room which includes A/C, a bathroom, and a beautiful balcony.

A beach (which you can get to on foot), a designer pool, large spaces, and one of the most charming areas of Sicily, just a few minutes from Syracuse, baroque Sicily (from Noto to Modica), or the island’s natural splendours, in particular the Vendicari nature reserve…

What more could you ask for?

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
