A short walkway leads from the pool into the villa. Set on two independent levels, Villa Erica is the ideal choice for a holiday for two or three couples, or a family. And with a perimeter wall that surrounds the entire property and an external staircase leading to the modern, light-filled upper floor, the villa offers a high level of privacy for everyone.

From the covered veranda, step into the ground-floor living room where furnishings are functional but contemporary and a kitchenette and dining area ensures guests have everything they need. The two double bedrooms are particularly inviting, featuring pastel tones and accessories, while the spacious bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower.

The upper floor in the attic is very attractive with a comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette that looks out over the terrace. We can’t think of a better place to be swept away by the magic of the verdant Sicilian countryside and, as the night sky approaches, to reach out and touch the stars!

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
