Renovated in 2023, this 330 square meters apartment offers a harmonious dialogue between the interior and exterior. Large windows connect the elegant interior with the lush outdoor vegetation, striking a balance between modern design and abundant nature.

Situated in a charming building from the 1900s, the suite spans two floors. At the entrance, a Sicilian artistic piece greets visitors, introducing them to the island’s culture. The two double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, offer unique design and garden views. On the same floor, an open space with a piano and a billiard table provides entertainment and a delightful view of the garden.

Only twelve steps lead to the lower floor, where you’ll find a spacious semi-professional kitchen capable of meeting every culinary need.
