Surrounded by a delightful garden featuring olive, fig, and mulberry trees, Casale Limestone consists of several separate living units, each with its own entrance from the courtyard. Constructed with local stone, these houses maintain a refreshing coolness even during the hottest summer days, ensuring a comforting and restful stay.

The outdoor areas at Casale Limestone are a true sanctuary. Two spacious courtyards furnished with tables and chairs offer the ideal setting for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners. The pool, enveloped by lush meadows and olive trees, invites pure relaxation. Equipped with chaise lounges, coffee tables, and awnings, the pool area is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a good book under the shade of olive trees. The pool itself is equipped with a glass crystal filter and an eco pump, ensuring pristine water purity and alkaline balance.

The lodgings at Casale Limestone are cozy and accommodating. The first living unit, spanning two floors, features a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower. There’s an air-conditioned master suite on the first floor.

The second building, accommodating up to six people, offers a ground floor a living room, with a double sofa bed and two bathrooms with baths on the ground floor, On first floor, there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms one with room fridge.

The third structure at Casale Limestone is a delightful ‘dependance’ with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for two people.

A door opens to a parlour with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a television, and antique furnishings, creating a refined and elegant common area. Additionally, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen with a dinning table, the kitchen is conveniently located in front of the pool.

The entire Casale Limestone property ensuring guests’ privacy and tranquility during their stay. A parking area with space for two vehicles and 50 Mbps Wi-Fi connectivity allows guests to stay connected throughout their visit. Moreover, the Casale is water self-sufficient, promoting sustainability.

During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to explore magnificent Baroque cities in Sicily and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Syracuse. Natural wonders, such as the marine reserve of Vendicari and Capo Passero, await your discovery.

• Rubbish: incorrect separate collection € 100,00 note: rubbish collection is done separately in Modica; it is essential that our guests follow the collection laws and dispose of their rubbish on a regular and accurate basis. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Tourist tax € 1.50 per day per person, payable at check-in in cash
• Late check-in after 9PM and early check out before 8AM small surcharge of € 50

Safety deposit: € 500

All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.

The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
