Villas in Sicily with sea view

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely villa with the sea just beyond the garden—perfect for our family of six. The setting was peaceful, with Syracuse nearby and even a day trip to Taormina. Scent of Sicily was incredibly helpful, staying in touch via WhatsApp before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

This charming little house is truly a hidden gem. Every detail feels carefully considered and crafted with love. The rooms are spacious enough, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight is the stunning sun deck, surrounded by lush greenery and featuring a jacuzzi pool — we spent entire days just relaxing here, whether soaking in the pool or lounging in the sun. The whole property feels incredibly private. A beautiful, long beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and a fantastic beachside restaurant is only 7 minutes on foot. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand before heading inside. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the host was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay — leaving was the only hard part!

Such a beautiful and perfectly maintained apartment with a lovely private garden overlooking the sea. The early morning sunrise from there is absolutely magical.
Enrico was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host, offering us the best local tips.
We stayed for a week with our young daughters, and we all had an amazing time.
This is a truly unique place that we would love to return to.

Enrico ist ein äußerst freundlicher Mensch und lässt sein Zuhause zu deinem eigenen werden. Er war jederzeit für uns da und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Wer sich Sorgen macht, dass Enrico im oberen Stockwerk wohnt, kann beruhigt sein: Er respektiert die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste sehr und überlässt einem den gesamten Garten samt Gartenhäuschen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum – direkt am Meer und sehr gepflegt. Auf den Fotos erkennt man es nicht genau, aber der Zugang zum Meer ist praktisch privat, und unten gibt es zwei Holzliegen, die man in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Der Weg ins Wasser ist zwar steinig, aber problemlos möglich.

Das Haus versprüht einen ganz besonderen italienischen Charme. Torre Archirafi ist zwar kein überlaufener Touristenort, aber gerade deshalb ideal, um den Menschenmassen zu entfliehen – und trotzdem liegen Städte wie Taormina, Catania und Syrakus ganz in der Nähe.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Enricos bezauberndes Zuhause zurückkehren.

Scent of Sicily took care of everything for our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful beachfront house that made our trip truly special.

Nous avons vécu un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison au charme exceptionnel. La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle et la maison est très confortable, propre et bien entretenue. L’environnement est calme, parfait pour se détendre, tout en étant idéalement située pour explorer la côte Est et l’Etna. Nous étions en famille avec nos deux adolescents et avons passé une superbe semaine en avril ! Un grand merci à Enrico pour son accueil chaleureux, ses précieux conseils et les délicieuses spécialités siciliennes offertes à notre arrivée, qui nous ont permis de bien commencer nos vacances après le voyage.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with direct sea views! Enrico is a fantastic and easygoing host who provided us with many tips and advice on places to visit and great restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We recommend bringing swimming shoes for the sea, as the villa offers direct access but the seabed can be rocky.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lory just outside Marsala. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and met all our needs. A special thank you to the Scent of Sicily team for their outstanding support—they arranged transfers, taxis, and even allowed us a late check-out for our evening flight. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Villa Lory, just outside Marsala, offered the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need.

What stood out the most was the incredible support from the Scent of Sicily team. They were responsive, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly — even accommodating our late check-out due to a delayed flight.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Angela Blu. The pool and sea view were stunning, and the villa was just perfect. We leave with great memories and hope to return to Sicily soon—grazie!

What truly makes this house stand out is the stunning sea view and the fantastic pool, where we spent most of our days. Even in autumn, the weather was warm enough for a swim — a real treat for those coming from Northern Europe. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group of six.

It’s worth noting that a car is essential, as the area is hilly and not ideal for walking. The steep road can amplify the noise from passing cars, but it wasn’t disruptive to our overall experience.

The location is great for exploring nearby gems like Acireale, with its charming historic center, or Santa Maria La Scala, a quaint seaside village visible from the pool, where we enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch.

A big thank you to Sara and her father, who gave us a warm welcome — including a complimentary bottle of wine for the evening. Sara was always available when needed and shared lots of useful tips. Her father even prepared a homemade Sicilian lunch for us, which was absolutely delicious.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a touch of authentic Sicily.

This beautiful home is full of character and style, with thoughtful and unique design touches throughout. Just one block from the beach, the location couldn't be better — it made our days in the sun incredibly easy and enjoyable.

Our group of 8 adults had an incredible stay at this idyllic beach villa. The decor and facilities were flawless, with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket that made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly set up for our group — from dining seating to pool loungers and towels.

The pool is even larger than it appears in the photos and was a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed cooking in on three evenings, making full use of the BBQ and dining under the charming covered outdoor area. When we ventured out, we found exceptional, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.

The sandy beach is just a 5-minute stroll away, and the villa's location made it an ideal base to explore the region. There's also ample parking, which was a bonus.

I highly recommend this place — it truly is something special.

The multi-level house is in excellent condition, from the cushions to the other amenities, everything is impeccable. The pool is a real highlight, and the owners are super friendly and affable. There is an excellent fish market and a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

Nessuna foto può rendere giustizia a questo paradino. Dal vivo la villa e il panorama sono da lasciare senza fiato e poi Giacomo, il proprietario, è una delle persone più gentili che abbia conosciuto.

We stayed at Villa Lory in August and had a great time. While the house could use some updates, the pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the ping-pong table. Noise from a nearby hotel can be a downside, but Alessandra and Gianvito from Scent of Sicily went above and beyond—attentive, professional, and kind. Their service was truly 5-star.

Non posso che raccontare un'esperienza meravigliosa. Non è la prima volta che affittiamo una casa sul mare, ma questa villa con piscina privata è eccezionale, ben tenuta, pulita e abbiamo trovatop roprietari sempre disponibili e molto effficienti.

La Location è mozzafiato, la casa è curata in ogni suo particolare e Giacomo, il proprietario, rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Barbara, fully equipped for relaxing days at home. We enjoyed both the nearby Signorino beach and exploring the coast from Marsala to Mazara. Gianvito was always helpful with great tips, and the owners were very friendly. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay at Sicily Villas. The house is beautifully kept, with several levels and everything functioning perfectly. The rooftop terrace and garden with the infinity pool were stunning. Sara and her father Gaetano were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We loved shopping at the local fish market and relaxing at the villa like locals. Great location for exploring Acireale, Taormina, Noto, and Catania—just make sure to have a car!

What an amazing stay in this villa, clean, well-decorated and really well equipped. Pool fantastic and one minute over the dunes you are on the sea. We had a great time.

Amazing villa with 2 bedrooms and a great thing is the kitchen outside that we used a lot. Beach and sea on the opposite side and little nice towns in the nearby to visit. The villa was well equipped at our arrival.

Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni indimenticabili  immersi nella bellezza di Favignana e in un’atmosfera unica. La villa, in perfetta armonia con la natura, è ideale per godere di albe e cieli stellati. Giacomo ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, facendoci sentire come a casa. Posizione riservata, panorama mozzafiato e vicinanza alle cale più belle dell’isola. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

A lovely historic villa filled with beautiful antiques and character. The location—right on the ocean—is absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped, and our host was both charming and incredibly helpful. A truly special place to stay.

We had a really great experience with Scent of Sicily. Communication was always clear and professional, and everything was well organized from the start. During our stay, the team was super helpful—always ready to assist, even with little things like directions or local tips. We didn’t miss a thing. Truly appreciated and would definitely recommend!

The location is excellent, with a beach bar nearby serving amazing breakfast cappuccinos and a local shop just a short walk away. It’s also an easy drive to the charming town of Marsala. The villa itself was excellent—well equipped, very comfortable, and situated in a friendly, gated street filled with welcoming local Sicilians. It was even nicer than we expected! Simona, the owner, was delightful, always helpful, and happy to answer any questions at any time. We definitely want to come back!

Villa Saracena is a spacious, beautiful home with a lovely garden and an excellent pool. The helpful owners live upstairs but respect guests' privacy completely. Just a 5-minute drive from Marsala, it’s perfect for families with kids.

For our anniversary, we chose a villa with Scent of Sicily and it was the perfect decision. The beach was just a short walk away, and the large garden with a spacious pool made it easy to relax. The agency was attentive, and the locals welcoming. A romantic, peaceful escape we’d happily recommend.

We spent two unforgettable weeks in Cornino with the sea in front and Monte Cofano behind—breathtaking views day and night. The villa was beautiful, and Alessandra’s kindness made it all the more special.
