About property
A charming, unique villa immersed in the Syracuse countryside: welcome to Casale dell’ulivo, a wonderful, stylishly furnished property surrounded by a garden containing typical Mediterranean plants and flowers.
A driveway lined with lemon trees, typical of the area, and lush plants leads you to the main entrance to the farmhouse.
Behind the villa is a beautiful 10 x 5 m private swimming pool surrounded by a fine green English garden. Here, there is stylish furniture, a large covered patio and a lounge area. You have everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
And now, we come to the house:
At first glance inside, you’ll find a beautiful and elegant space where the large windows let in plenty of light. This consists of a living/dining room and a beautiful and rustic kitchen which overlooks the pool area. The living room has a stylish, welcoming atmosphere, and the kitchen is decorated with light grey and blue tones and typical Sicilian ceramics.
From the living area, we move to the sleeping area, which consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all elegantly furnished, bright and spacious.
All of this is just a short distance away from the sea and the fascinating Baroque towns of Sicily.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry.
The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
