Villa Lemon Tree

Weekly price includes:

• Welcome gift and basic necessities
• 1(one) bath and pool towel kit per week delivered at check-in
• 1(one) bed linen kit per week
• Water/Gas
• Internet WiFi
• Pool cleaning every 3/4 days

Extra (to be paid locally in cash):

• Final cleaning € 190,00 at check-in
• Electricity fee € 15.00 per day
• Pets €100 for week including provision of bowls and cot
• Extra cleaning service on request €.22,00 per hour for a minimum of 2 consecutive hours
• Check-in from 7pm to 10pm € 60.00, after 10pm € 100.00
• Tourist tax € 3,00 per day for a maximum of 6 days all guests excluding children under the age of 14 and adults over the age of 75. Payment of the tax will be made at check-in.

Safety deposit: € 300

Note concerning this villa: payment of the security deposit in cash directly at the villa upon check-in

All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.

The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

Terms & conditions

The below specific Booking conditions are related to Villa Lemon Tree. These specific conditions overrule the general conditions. For the other matters are still valid the General Booking Conditions

Point 1. Booking. The full amount for bookings made is due 60 days before the beginning of the lease
Point 5. Cancellation by the Customer. The cancellation will lead to the following penalties that will be expressed as a percentage of the amount on the booking: Date of the Cancellation’s Notification (Days before start of booking period) Penalty (% of the total amount of booking)
Up to 63 days - 30%
62/43 days - 60%
42/29 days - 80%
28/0 days - 100%
