Blue Marina combines House Magnolia and House Zagara into one private rental. The layout is unusually practical: the two units sit on the same ground floor and both open directly onto the outdoor area and pool.
That means you can share the villa rhythm—pool time, long lunches, lazy evenings—while still having true “switch-off” space when different schedules kick in.
The split that makes group travel easy
- Unit 1 (Magnolia): 2 bedrooms, 4–6 guests, pop-modern mood with vintage touches.
- Unit 2 (Zagara): 3 bedrooms, 6–8 guests, a more classic, elegant atmosphere.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.

The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
