The Suites:

The villa boasts 360 sqm of living space over two levels, featuring three private suites (Aria, Acqua, and Terra) and a living area of 90 sqm. Each suite (90 sqm) consists of two double bedrooms, two finely decorated bathrooms with showers, and a living room with a small kitchen. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

• Aria Suite: Upstairs, with pink and green shades, it features a sophisticated tub in the main bedroom and direct access to a wide terrace for sunbathing or sea-view aperitivos.
• Acqua Suite: Also upstairs, it offers new perspectives with a hand-crafted desk overlooking Panarea and direct terrace access.
• Terra Suite: This downstairs apartment has a cozy and unique personality. It includes two bedrooms and direct access to the porch and garden.

Guests who book a single suite will have access to all common areas, such as the living area, dining room, porch, garden, and swimming pool. However, access to the common kitchen is restricted.

If the entire villa is booked, guests can also access the common kitchen, which the staff can use to prepare breakfasts and aperitifs.

Additionally, the villa is available for parties, workshops, and events.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
