Villas in Noto and the Surrounding Countryside

Across our Noto and wider Val di Noto collection, the average advertised minimum weekly rate is around €2,500, while the average maximum is around €5,200. These rounded figures cover the 44 villas and holiday homes with published rates, including apartments. They are averages, rather than the cheapest and most expensive stays available.

Your weekly rate depends on the property, travel dates and number of guests. Compare bedrooms, bathrooms, pool facilities and location alongside the price. Smaller homes can cost less than these averages, while larger villas can cost more. Check each property’s booking conditions for any additional charges, including final cleaning or optional pool heating.

Choose a villa near Noto’s town centre for shorter trips into town, or near the coast for beach access. Noto, Lido di Noto and the wider Val di Noto describe different geographic areas. A regional listing does not necessarily mean a property is close to Noto itself.

For example, Villa Gioi lists Noto’s historic centre at 4.5 km and Lido di Noto beach at 7 km. Square Pool Villa lists the town at 14 km and the beach at 21 km. Those distances create different daily routines, particularly with children or frequent evenings out.

Heated pools are available at some Noto villas. Villa Luminis, for example, has a private heated infinity pool and accommodates six guests in three bedrooms. Pool heating is an optional service with an additional charge; it is not automatically included in the accommodation rate.

A private pool means exclusive use, but does not by itself mean the water is heated. Before booking, confirm the pool’s opening dates, dimensions and depth, as well as the heating arrangements for your stay. Families should also ask about steps, barriers and access from the house.

Noto villa beach distances vary by location. Villa Gioi and Villa Luminis both list Lido di Noto beach at 7 km. Square Pool Villa lists the same beach at 21 km. These examples are published property distances, not walking distances or guaranteed journey times.

An inland villa can suit alternating pool days with coastal outings. If you expect to visit the sea every day, pay closer attention to the route, parking and the kind of beach you want. A sea view alone does not establish direct beach access.

A car is usually useful for a Noto villa holiday, particularly when staying in the countryside. Villa Gioi is listed 4.5 km from Noto’s historic centre, while Square Pool Villa is 14 km away. Neither distance should be treated as convenient town access on foot.

Think about grocery shopping, restaurant visits and beach trips as well as the airport transfer. Check the property’s parking and access road, and ask about any steps that might affect your group. Airport distances also depend on the villa: Villa Gioi lists Catania Airport at 87 km and Comiso Airport at 71 km.
