About property
Beautiful villa with minimalist design, ethereal and respectful of the rural character of the expertly restored original build. Immersed in Noto’s vast and elegant countryside, Villa White Mulberry has a fantastic view of the landscape.
A true oasis of peace, with a drystone wall all around, with plants and colourful flowers, and then the view, which ranges from the bright green shades of the garden to the golden and brown hues of the sunny earth.
In the garden, there is a panoramic pool shared with the other villa guests in the lot, villa Black Mulberry.
The garden is the place of delights for perfumes, colours and convivial and relaxing spaces: from the pergola to the impressive drystone walls to the refreshing swimming pool and its solarium.
The interiors, simple but elegant, are characterised by colours that evoke the intense aromas and spices of the island.
The villa is divided into 2 units; in the first one, there is one Double bedroom with Air conditioning well decorated, a double bedroom on a mezzanine level, an equipped kitchenette with a relaxation area, and one bathroom with a shower.
The other unit has a double bedroom on a mezzanine level with A/C, a kitchenette with relax area and one bathroom with a shower.
The furnishings are light, understated, minimal, but precious and consistent with the sober and artistic character of the house.
Noto is just a short drive, and shopping centres, restaurants, and all you need for your stay.
The layout of the outdoor areas only provides accommodation for children aged 8 and over.
Villa White Mulberry and Villa Black Mulberry can be rented together to accommodate a large family group of 12 people

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.

Safety deposit: € 600
All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
