Villa Mulberry is a perfect choice for those who don’t like compromises: renting this countryside villa, you can have the Sicilian country life experience and all the comforts of a luxury villa. With its fantastic panoramic pool, Villa Mulberry, a private villa for 12 people with a pool near Noto city centre, will turn your holidays into something memorable.

The private 9m X 4m swimming pool is provided with sunbeds to lay down and relax, soaking up the sun. If you look outside from the pool, from the outside pergola, you will have a nice view of the countryside: trees, plants, a terrific view from every corner.

Villa Mulberry is divided into 4 units to accommodate 12 people, in a perfect layout for spending holidays together with a group of friends/family while maintaining your privacy.

Two adjacent units (the ones by the pool) have a lovely and well-equipped kitchen with a bright living room and three double bedrooms. All these bedrooms are exquisite, bright and have a private and nice bathroom ensuite to give the perfect privacy to each guest.

The other two units have a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms – 2 of them are on a mezzanine level – and two bathrooms.

The entire villa has been designed to integrate perfectly with its natural surroundings.

The layout of the outdoor areas only provides accommodation for children aged 8 and over.

The villa, which is only 2.8km from the centre of the charming town of Noto, is located in the heart of Baroque Sicily, whose beauty has been shown to you in a famous television series in recent years (the inspector Montalbano).

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
