Located on the third floor of an ancient building, the Loft Terrace is a lovely flat in the heart of the city of Syracuse, a few meters from restaurants, shops and monuments and a few meters from the famous Ortigia.

The luxurious flat consists of a spacious living room, for your moments of relaxation, a well-equipped kitchen where the warm tones of wood blend with the brightness of white, and three tastefully decorated bedrooms – two doubles and one quadruple – and two bathrooms.
The real strong point of the flat is the panoramic terrace, which blends perfectly with the environment; this outdoor space will become your place to relax, where you can have breakfast as soon as you wake up amidst the first sounds of the city waking up, or enjoy cool moments under the lovely gazebo, not to mention the breathtaking view of the city and the sea.
This delightful flat is ideal for families or groups of friends and is the perfect location for visiting Baroque Sicily, Sicacura, Ortigia, Noto, Modica and the surrounding areas.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
