Loft Arsenale

Loft Arsenale is an example of the elegant and modern refurbishment of an ‘industrial’ building, the quality of the materials used highlight the style, origins and beauty of the building, whilst guaranteeing maximum comfort. It is near city centre of Siracusa, a short walk from the open markets, the small but vibrant port of the gorgeous Ortigia and… has a swimming pool with hydromassage in its courtyard.

The space is masterfully divided by large ‘industrial’ windows, which, in addition to adding to the style of the place, also allow a maximum amount of light throughout, making the rooms light and somewhat magical.

There are two bedrooms in the loft, ornate with several works of art and others of every day use. There is also a beautiful grey-coloured bathroom, and a living room furnished with a gorgeous Cambridge sofa and armchair that you could just disappear into with a good book, while enjoying some lovely Sicilian wine.

The kitchen is open-space, modern and fully equipped. It opens onto the large, beautiful veranda, the ideal place to enjoy fun moments together.

Then there is the pool with hydromassage. A sweet corner of rest and relaxation, and an utter privilege for a building in the city centre: dive in, take a quick shower and then off you go for a walk around the magnificent city of Siracusa. The skilful refurbishment made good use of modern materials and has been thoroughly sound-proofed, so that from the loft you may enjoy all the advantages of being in the centre of town, but with the comfort and exclusivity of being in a cocoon.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
