The villa spans two floors, combining original stone architecture with modern comfort. On the ground floor, a large living room with six-metre ceilings features sofas and an old fireplace. Next to it, a bright dining room and a fully equipped kitchen open directly to the garden.

A cosy sitting area connects to a double-twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and a small study. From here, stairs lead to a triple bedroom under the eaves with private shower—ideal for older children.
